YOUR FILES. YOUR RECIPIENTS. YOUR TIMELINE.

Share files.
Stay in control.

Send large files and complete folders with a personal link for every recipient. Know when a download completes, set an expiry, and bring a transfer back when someone needs more time.

Up to 10 GB per transfer, including ZIP packaging · Links valid for 1–30 days

A little more time. No new upload.

FROM YOUR FOLDER TO THEIR INBOX

Three steps to sharing.

01

Choose your files

Create an account and verify your email. Select files, add a folder with its contents, or drag and drop them onto the sharing page.

02

Make it personal

Add a title, choose recipients from saved contacts or enter their addresses, and optionally save new contacts. Include an English and Hungarian message with instructions, then choose an expiry from 1 to 30 days.

03

Upload, then follow along

Watch actual FTP progress. Each recipient receives a personal link and your message. Forgot someone? Open My transfers, add recipients from contacts or type new addresses, and choose whether to save them. Only new recipients are emailed; the expiry stays the same.

Messages are optional, up to 5000 characters per language. Addresses ending in .hu receive the Hungarian version; others receive English. If only one version is entered, everyone receives it. There is no automatic translation. Reactivate an expired transfer before adding recipients.

You receive a confirmation email once the mail service accepts all recipient invitations from that action. This also applies when adding recipients later or reactivating a transfer. The confirmation lists the recipients and expiry; it does not confirm inbox delivery or reading.

MORE THAN A DOWNLOAD LINK

Everything around the transfer, taken care of.

01 / UPLOAD

Large files. Whole folders.

Share multiple files and nested folders, up to 10 GB combined including ZIP packaging. The downloadable ZIP preserves the folder structure.

Interrupted upload? Resume it from My transfers, select the original files, and already confirmed parts are checked and skipped.

02 / RECIPIENTS

The right people, fewer keystrokes.

Save private contacts with names and email addresses. Search, edit or delete them, get suggestions as you type, or select several contacts at once.

Choose whether to save new addresses both when creating a transfer and when adding recipients later. Existing contacts are not duplicated or renamed.

03 / DOWNLOADS

One file or the whole package.

Recipients can download individual files or everything as a ZIP without creating an account. Each emailed link belongs to one recipient.

You can also view and download your own uploaded files from My transfers, even after expiry, until deletion begins.

04 / ACTIVITY

Know when files are downloaded.

View recipient download activity, timestamps and completion status. Receive an email when a recipient’s download completes.

Owner downloads do not count as recipient activity. Times are displayed in Budapest time, with daylight-saving changes handled automatically.

05 / REMINDERS

A nudge before time runs out.

Recipients without a completed download receive one reminder 24 hours before expiry. For 1-day transfers, the reminder comes 12 hours before expiry.

After expiry, you receive a notification only if someone has not completed a download. It lists just those recipients and the reactivation deadline.

06 / YOUR ACCOUNT

A home for your transfers.

Keep New transfer, My transfers, Contacts and Edit profile within reach. Review the file list, recipient email status and download activity for each transfer.

Update your name, change your password, or use the email password-reset flow if you cannot sign in.

EXPIRED DOESN’T MEAN GONE

A second chance,
without uploading again.

Choose the original duration, or use Expire now to disable recipient links early. Downloads already in progress may finish.

  1. Links expire

Recipients can no longer start downloads. Your files stay on the server for a further 15 days.

  2. Reactivate within 15 days

The same recipient links work again for the original number of days, counted from reactivation. Each recipient gets another email with their link and new expiry.

  3. Every expiry starts a fresh window

A 5-day transfer gets another 5 days when reactivated, then another 15-day reactivation window after it expires again.

  4. No reactivation? Files are deleted.

Once the 15-day window ends, reactivation is no longer available. Daily cleanup permanently deletes the files; active downloads can delay cleanup.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few useful details.

Where are the files stored?

Files are stored on separate FTPS storage. Uploads pass through the website in small chunks, so the app does not need to keep the entire upload on its main hosting. Downloads stream through the website.

What does “download completed” mean?

It means the application finished writing all download bytes to its response. It cannot verify that a person saved or opened the file. Activity identifies the recipient link: if it is forwarded, downloads are attributed to the original recipient.

Who receives a reminder or expiry notice?

A recipient is included only if their link has no completed download recorded. Completing an individual-file download also counts; this is not a check that every file has been downloaded. The sender’s expiry email lists only recipients meeting that condition.

When are notification emails sent?

Transfer invitations and download notifications are submitted after the relevant action. Scheduled reminders and expiry notices are checked by the existing five-minute email job. Delivery time also depends on the email provider.

Can I download after the reactivation window ends?

As the sender, you can download retained files until deletion begins. Recipient links stay disabled, and reactivation is unavailable after the 15-day deadline. Do not rely on the time between that deadline and daily cleanup to keep a copy.

Do recipients need an account?

No. They use the personal link emailed to them. Senders need an account and a verified email address to upload and manage transfers.

Sharing without a recipient list

Create an optional general link and share it anywhere. Anyone with the link can download without entering a name or email. General-link downloads do not create personalized activity or notification emails. The same expiry and reactivation rules apply.
